According to SafeWise, there were no violent crimes reported in Fair Oaks last year, and 6.2 incidents of property crime per 1,000 people in 2025. The report notes that property crime in Texas has increased in recent years, but in Fair Oaks Ranch, both property crime and violent crime have decreased for two years in a row.
